Figaro Coffee has expanded its beverage menu with five new iced drinks under its Kyoto Blend and Aerocano collections, now available across all Figaro Coffee stores nationwide.
The new lineup brings together three matcha-based drinks and two coffee creations, offering younger customers more choices beyond the usual café staples. Each collection follows a distinct preparation method, with the Kyoto Blend drinks whisked upon order and the Aerocano drinks briefly aerated using an espresso machine’s steam wand.

Leading the Kyoto Blend collection is the Kyoto Matcha Latte, a straightforward take on the café favorite that places whisked matcha at the center of the drink. The Strawberry Matcha Latte adds a fruity contrast to the matcha base, while the Espresso Cloud Matcha brings coffee and matcha together in a layered drink designed for customers who enjoy both profiles.
The Aerocano collection offers a different interpretation of the classic iced Americano. By aerating the coffee with a steam wand, Figaro Coffee creates a velvety texture while retaining the familiar character of espresso. The Ruby Lychee Aerocano introduces a bright fruit note to the drink, while the French Vanilla Aerocano offers a smoother and more familiar flavor pairing.
Figaro Coffee formally presented the five drinks during a media launch held on August 11 at its TriNoma branch. The event brought together 15 influencers and five media partners for an introduction to the new collections.
Ian Matela, Figaro Coffee’s product innovation supervisor, led the product presentation and discussed the preparation behind the Kyoto Blend and Aerocano drinks. Guests were also given the opportunity to sample the new lineup during the event.

Speaking at the media launch, Murielle Lucas, Figaro Coffee Brand Manager, shared the thinking behind the brand’s continued menu development.
“Figaro Coffee is always finding ways to innovate and stay ahead of trends while maintaining its promise of great food and drinks,” Lucas said.
The launch reflects Figaro Coffee’s effort to broaden its menu for a new generation of café customers while maintaining the preparation and coffee expertise associated with the brand. By pairing familiar flavors with newer formats, the two collections give customers more ways to enjoy matcha and coffee throughout the day.
The Kyoto Blend and Aerocano drinks are served iced and are available for dine-in and takeout at all Figaro Coffee stores. Customers may also order through GrabFood and foodpanda.
